Seplife agarose-based IEX resins work by separating biomolecules based on their net surface charge, and are offered as SP, CM, Q and DEAE functionalities. 

Seplife agarose-based Affinity and IEX resins are used for the purification of mAbs, various proteins (including those from dairy sources), nucleic acids, and peptides. They are characterized by their ability to handle high flow rates, low back pressure, robust stability to Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) processes, and high dynamic loading capacity.

These Seplife IEX resins facilitate selective interactions for both anion and cation exchange processes. The combination of high chemical and mechanical stability coupled with low non-specific binding and high recovery rates makes these resins ideal for process scale-up. They contribute significantly to reducing production times and enhance productivity, to ensure high purity and yield in the downstream processing of biomolecules.
