Seplife® 6AG NTA/90 is a metal affinity chromatography resin based on a 6% highly crossed linked agarose functionalized with nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA).
l Seplife® 6AG NTA/90 can be loaded with a range of divalent metals such as Ni, Co, Cu, Fe, Zn showing high affinity for His-tagged proteins.
l Suitable for small scale and large scale purifications of His-tagged proteins from other proteins in the feed.
l Seplife® 6AG NTA/90 resin provides high dynamic binding capacity toward His-tag proteins upon loading with divalent metal.
l High stability to CIP (cleaning in place) up to 1.0M NaOH.

Seplife® 6AG NTA/90 is based on highly cross-linked (6%) agarose functionalized with NTA and ready to be loaded with a divalent metal of choice for affinity binding of His-tag proteins and has a particle size in the range 45- 165 microns.
