  • Seplife® Chelex7350 is a highly hydrophilic, highly cross-linked iminodiacetic acrylate carrier with a particle size of 100-250 micron. It has a porous structure with a high surface area, ideal for immobilizing His-tagged enzymes via affinity binding.

    The resin's mechanical strength allows its use in stirred tank or bed reactors, enabling multiple reuse cycles of immobilized enzymes.
