Seplife® EMC1040

  • Highly hydrophobic DVB/acrylate copolymer
  • Very high porosity and high rigidity
  • Effective for lipase immobilization in food applications

  • Seplife® EMC1040 has a particle size distribution of 300-700 micron and is highly hydrophobic thanks to its aromatic structure. Immobilization Is performed by adsorption. The enzyme activity that can be achieved on Seplife® EMC1040 is >9000PLU/g.

    The robustness of the resin allows application in packed bed reactors and use at relatively high temperatures without significant change in reactor volume.
