Seplife® Gel Filtration / Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) resins tailored for the efficient separation of biomolecules based on their size.
Gel Filtration or Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) resins use an agarose gel medium to partition proteins and other molecules without requiring them to bind to the chromatography resin.
We provide 4% or 6% agarose beads, making them suitable for a broad spectrum of uses such as purifying antibodies, aggregates, and other large biomolecules. Carefully controlled pore size of the agarose beads ensure effective separation based on molecular size.
Seplife SEC resins are compatible with all commonly-used buffers, including those with high salt content, and they don't undergo significant changes in bed volume. Theywork well across a wide range of pH levels and temperatures, for flexibility in lab- to process-scale applications.
